Spiritual companioning, at its heart, is a pathway into deeper consciousness, greater authenticity, and inner freedom.  The urging of the ‘psyche’/soul for healing, wholeness, meaning, and communion with something beyond ourselves is what brings many of us to seek a companion.  Whether a seeker follows a particular tradition, or does not resonate with religion in any way, they are an intrinsically spiritual being with a unique identity, giftedness, and purpose. The story of how I came to identify as Inter-spiritual is a piece of autobiography I willingly share with companions.  I welcome anyone who longs to be listened to and witnessed in their quest to align their life with their true identity, and who desires to serve life with reverence, lovingkindness, and curiosity.

As a trained spiritual director and therapist, I weave together the psychological and the spiritual.  I completed a two-year Jungian based spiritual direction program in 2014.  I am a registered clinical social worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers.  For a more expanded discussion, please refer to my website My areas of interest are:
