My spiritual background began within the tradition of the Christian church and has now expanded to embrace and honour the divine image within all people and all of creation. I have come to an understanding of the world through the lens of depth psychology, archetypal mythology, mystical theology and quantum energy.

My passion for Spiritual Direction comes from a desire to encourage others on the journey of embodying their soul purpose for this lifetime and to find the courage to be the unique soul they are created to be.

I have worked as a Physiotherapist, Chaplain and Preacher. I have qualifications in Creative Art Therapy as well as Dream work and Astrology and I bring to my Spiritual Direction practise a variety of ways to listen and connect with one’s inner soul voice, to find wisdom and guidance on the spiritual path.

My passions in life are poetry, photography, painting and the wonder of the natural world.
